well this isnt really a prob i hope but for about the past month alot of times when i drive my car (97 rs 5 spd) i hear this weird bubbling or hissing noise it sounds like its either near the back of the car or the front firewall . i cant figure it out. it doesnt make sense.. what could it be? i knw its not the engine but is there any fuel lines that could do this or what? my EVAP system fault code 31 has been on for a while and maybe has somethin to do with it. i dunnno. but please help. this never happen b 4..

so it could be air in heater hoses? do we even have a bleeder screw on our motors though?? i know my honda had one right where the upper hose connected to the head but i didnt see any on my rs ??

The bleeder screw on a 2gnt is a hex-head screw right above the radiator cap on the water neck.

However the Evap system has absolutely nothing to do with the coolant system. :rolleyes You need to look for the leaking vacuum line in your EVAP system that is hissing. If it's coming from behind the car, look between the fuel tank and the rear axle, there's a bunch of evap hoses there. Otherwise check the engine compartment vacuum lines.
