My idle was really focked up before i cleaned the TB sensor or something in that area... before i cleaned it, my car would die if i didnt give it gas, especially when i turned on the A/C... well cleaning that fixed the problem... but now... my idle is crazy high!! when at a complete stop i idle at 2k!!! when im cruising and put it in neutral i idle at 1.5k.....then when i start braking and get under 15mph, the RPM"s jump from 1.5k to 2k....its annoying cuz if im first in line at a stop light, the guy next to me thinks i wanna race him....what could be the problem???

Brain hurt...
You probably didn't seat the TB correctly (as stated above) or managed to unplug a vacuum line on the intake manifold somewhere. So what exactly were you cleaning back there? The IAC or what?

It is defenitely an intake leak. Fortunately, you can solve this one rather easily. It is probably around the TB gasket. Did the old gasket crack when you removed it? (That happens often) If so, a new one should solve the problem.
You should also check the fittings on the TB to make sure everything is sealed correctly (just in case it is not the TB gasket). It only take a small leak on the other side of the throttle body to cause your idle to jump to 2000 rpms.
