Ok i Passed Everything wonderfully except for 1 thing

No (PPM) The Max on 15 mph was 443 and somehow i got 799
but then on the the max at 25mph was 730 and i got a 730. The only thing i failed except visual cause my header. What could be my problem? I'll have the visual problem fixed friday when i get my C.A.R.B. Sticker! So somebody PLEASE HELP!!! Im goin on 2 months expired registration theres cops everywhere im surprissed i havent gotten pulled over.

When you say No (PPM) are you referring to Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx)? If so then it is because you are getting too hot in the combustion chamber. The EGR system is there to add just enough exhaust gas to dilute the A/F mix and reduce chamber temps by about 500 Deg. Make it richer and you increase HC but NOx goes down. Lean it out and NOx goes up but HC goes down. You still have to worry about CO, CO2, and O2 levels. Trying to map the right A/F mix to balance out the emissions crap can drive you mad! Good luck!!

How does higher octane help? I'd imagine that lower octane would work better, because it's burns slightly easier.

Try one range hotter plugs...or maybe even new plugs before testing.

I use The Shell V-Power Gas! The highest octane out here in sacramento and i always put octane booster in. So im runnin alot of octane in there. i dont know what to do. i have no money for new spark plugs cause my dumb ass got a ticket doin 90 in a 45 monday. so fuck!
