Sounds about right.

I spent $800 for a 3 angle valve job, cleaned it up(glass bead), shaved it flat. Thats just the basic basic stuff. If you need to get more flow out of it then yep it'll cost upwards of 2k for all that and porting and ss valves and so on.

I hope the $2,400 included cams, cam gears and all upgraded valvetrain.

We're at $1,450 with Race Port, 5 angle, 1mm oversized stainless valves, Crower springs & retainers. Cleaned up, milled flat with new seals.

170 for 3 angle valve job, cleaned, and installed new springs, retainers, valves, valve stem seals and decked.
