I was cleaning my filter in my intake today and noticed quite a bit of slack in my throttle cable, before it winds up into that pulley thing for the throttle body. Should there be that slack? If not, how do I tighten it?

there should be some slack in the cable to prevent the throttle plate from being open in idle, but not enough so that it'll affect your wide open throttle operation. you can adjust the slack by loosening the 2 bolts that hold the throttle cable to the intake manifold, adjust it then tighten. hope that helped
