Well you were right on why I had low vac. My timing marks were off. The exhaust cam somehow was off a 1/4". Thank god for adj. cam gears, cuz its running like a champ now.
Thanks Dino for steering me away from the IAC. You were right, it had nothing to with it.
Thanks also to Corbin for telling me it sounds like a vac prob and making me come up with the idea to use compressed air in the intake manifold to check for leaks. It worked awesome. All I did was plug all the vac nipples up and used a the cap from my carb cleaner to plug up the TB. Then took a trigger style air fitting and hose clamped a 1/4" hose to it then hose clamped the other end to the vac nipple on the top of the TB. Worked great!!
I think it is also possible to do it with the vac lines, cuz I tried it for the hell of it and put enoough air in there to blow the cap off the TB. Not one leak!!
