Well keep in mind that the Monza set-up is only the rear section, not a cat-back. The e-bay ad confuses me. Is it just a muffler, rear section, or cat-back? If it's just a muffler, which is how I interpreted it, the guy is full of crap. No way 9-12 hp with just a muffler. I think that the monza would be a waste of money because that would essentially be the same thing as getting a GS-T rear section. Plus you could get one of those for like 50-100 bucks. You should find out exactly what the e-bay system includes.

Pretty sure the 2 ebay ones are just the muffler... and yeah, the horsepower seems really high!!

Just a sec....I'll find another exhaust system that someone else recommended to me and get your guys' opinion.

if you were talkin about the thermal R&D cat back then they are good but no exhaust is worth that kind of money. buy a muffler and get a custom pipe put on it. it will be louder than stock of course and without the resonators that are included in the pre fab cat back's take some volume out to be 50 state legal so your better off goin custom. borla muffs are nice but pricey. nopi was doin a huge blow out on them getting them for really cheap. if you can get the thermal muff it's like 250. most of an exhaust system is the muffler the rest is pipe why by a 200 dollar muffler and pay 300 for some pipe and a name?

Go custom or do what alot of other guys are doing here. By the pacesetter catback then purchase another performance muffler either brand new or used. Then have a shop weld the muffler to the pacesetter. If you look around you can find mufflers that are used for pretty cheap. I know HadesOmega was selling his a while back might want to check to see if he still has it. Or post up in the For Sale/Wanted section or partstrader.com & dsmtrader.com. Shop around and way out all possible options. Good luck.
