How do I fix this?

It's a mechanical oil temp gauge by Autometer. Looks like a small metal tube inside a rubber insulator jacket, crimped in permanently. Assuming I could cut off the crimp jacket, is there even a nipple inside there I could crimp a new sender onto?
Anyone know the part number of the missing sender and tube?
