Bill Hahn (HRC) 11.5

A couple of people have 15.5's, but Todd, a moderator here (VX100) has hit 15.5.

People could sit and argue all day about the fastest cars because I have "heard" others going faster but never seen proof. Also Roland Salvador (VxRoxV) claimed a 14.5 all-motor but once again no proof.
