Well I found my problem. I dropped the tranny tonight and found what was seizing up the engine. The bolt that holds on the cover plate between the engine and transmission was evidently out a little bit when I put the flywheel on. This is how it looks now. You can also see where it was hitting the ring gear on the flywheel. Now all I have to do is put everything back together.

Actually that bolt was never touched. Evidently it was just backed out as part of all the vibration and shit from where I needed to fix things. Well, she lives. I got it up and running tonight and drove it around for 5 or 6 miles. My shift linkage is all dicked up and needs adjusting, and I need my sealed bearings to get here to replace the rubber ends of my shift cables. One is about to fall apart. I think I have a small fuel leak and maybe a vacuum leak, but I'll check all that stuff out tomorrow. Clutch is lighter than stock, and the flywheel owns. Can't test the LSD until I get the clutch broken in. 5th gear is nice too, with the 1996-1999 DOHC(Non-ACR and non R/T) tranny. 3.94 final with a .72 5th.
