Dude do what I did. I got the same pulley.... take the old one to store and ask for 2 inches shorter for both. My ac and ps belt is accually the same size but both tensioners are maxed. You have a tensioner to play with so it dont gotta be perfect so 2 inches will work

I have the unorthodox crank pulley.
The belts are: (gates)I get mine at napa auto parts. Hope this helps. :thumbsup

Torque Specifications
• Steel Hub to Crankshaft Bolt: 30 ft-lbs. / 360 in-lbs / 40.68 NM
• Aluminum Pulley Ring to Steel hub bolts: 19 ft-lbs. / 228 in-lbs. / 26 NM
New Belt Sizes (The belt sizes used may vary slightly. We recommend the use of Gates brand belts. Belt sizing can vary from belt manufacturer to belt manufacturer)
• Alternator Belt: Use Gates K040320 (32.75 inches or 830MM)
• Power Steering and Air Conditioning Belt: Use Gates K050490 (49.5 inches or 1255MM)

I inlculded the torque specs for the hell of it (from Unorthodox's website). BTW the part number for future reference is 0201002__ for the street unorthodox UDP (only one for the 2gNT that has both belts on it). You should be able to download their product sheet from Unorthodox's website.

EDIT: Funny that ^^^ and I have different part numbers ... I pulled mine from Unorthodox's website and it's been what I use to get belt replacements. Where did you find those?

edit: both are the same part number, they just have different prefixes. Last 6 digits match of both your figures. That's it then, thanks a ton guys !!!!

Ok, those were the right part numbers. I only had to call dino 4 times :P

I got my PS/AC belt replaced and on real good and tight. I also changed the oil and plugs as well, and cleaned my K&N.
