How much oil is it normal to burn within 3k/an oil change???

Before my HG change and the noticable blown passage I lost maybe ½ a quart. I don't drive my car nice either. :shrug

I lose 1/2 a quart every 3k and almost everyone on here does the same. I have 210 compression on all four cylanders.

I guess I'm right around there.....more like 3/4 of a quart maybe a quart.....I just had HG and shit done....haven't even went 3k since the HG and shit.....
