I have 8.6.1 compression pistons and had some material removed from my combustion chamber when it was ported and polished. I did a compression test and i had 195 on three and 185 on one. I just rebuilt and im trying to seat if the rings are seating good.

yep thats what my compression is exactly. after a few thousand miles even.

Interesting. I know people pulling down 195s across the board with completely stock engines. I would think 8.6:1 CR would be lower than that, say, 150-160 ish. :shrug
