78085, Bad Smell From Exhaust

Ok.. So I replaced my plugs and replaced my o2 sensor upfront.. But my car is still smellin funkey sometimes from the exhaust. Almost like its running to rich. I don't know what else to do to fix it. Would a new exhaust setup fix this??

do you think so? would I want a new stock one or high flow? I am NA also. Would that also be the reason why I sometimes have water coming up the pipe?
