Are you asking how to aquire a block or are you asking how to rebuild a block?

Either way I will have an engine for sale within a week. I bought a pre-prepared rebuilt VT engine (VT is the company who did it) and I will be swappign it in. Let me know if you want my block. right now the car has barely 60K miles.

i have no leads on any parts as of now except for yours so sounds good to me. how much are you gonna sell the engine for and also what is the year and mileage on it? i am gonna take the head of my car tonight to check the head and see if thats usable so i might only need the shortblock.

thanks

It's from a 98 and I just hit 60K miles. But this is the shortblock. When I rebuild I still gotta keep the head so it'll just be the shortblock. I'll keep you updated on when the swap is complete... should be a week to a week and a half.

But are you looking to rebuild you engine or you just want a replacement? Either way it doesn't matter.

Check your PMs.

They sell them pre-built so you don't have to send off your engine? How much that run you?

No you gotta send them an engine. Thats why guys here pick up a spare blown motor and then send that off for no down time.
