When ever I start the car there is a semi-loud rattling noise in the transaxle, I dunno what this is from...I'm also having slight problems with engagement and disengagment of the clutch...

throwout bearing or the clutch is on its way out probably both

Yea, I was thinking TOB too...however, the clutch grabs nice..I don't think the material is worn, its just not engaging properly, but once it does, it catches hard, no slippage...
Any other suggestions/opinions?

i have a problem similar to that, but only until the clutch warms up. IT just engages instantly and makes my tires squeel unless I ride it really bad. But after a couple mins of driving, its normal.
