I can get this custom turbo kit from this dude....thing is ive NEVER heard of it....peepz on dsmtuner.org or whatever that site is have seen it alot.. you guys ever hear about it and the power makes of this?? basically the 14b is the turbo from the 1st gen eclipse... ive heard fairly good reviews now that ive read up on it, dont need any interals done and can run about 7-9 psi...

u can run 15 psi.....ur engine just won't last too long!!!

I'm really getting teh itch for teh boost as we speak too....i was lookin for a cheap/junkyard type setup w/ one of Alain's manifolds w/ a T3 but I've heard about this setup to and am interested.

that site has alot of insight regarding turboing our engines... the reviews i was talkin about.....anywayz, i guess ya'll dont have alot of knowledge on this setup.... maybe we should all learn together, seems to be the cheapest and most reliable way to turbo our cars....

Try venturing into the turbo forum and *gasp* use the search tool. This isn't new.

And by links I mean specific threads/articles/product-listings. Not the VERY WELL KNOWN link to the N/T section of tooners which has next to nothing in terms of useful information.

i did a search in performance protected and only one thread came up, didnt do it in turbo......sorrrrrrrrryyy seesh

There's about 90 billion threads in the turbo section on custom turbos. Everyone will tell you not to do it. I say go for it. I was going to then I switched directions. You'll spend about as much as a real kit though, but you get to buy all the good shit in the first place that the kit buyers end up replacing.
