Hey, the monkeys at pep boys don't sell oil pressure hose so I was wondering if I could use fuel pressure hose instead?

Also, on the Sandwich that "mates" with the oil engine block, can I use some RTV gasket maker to seal the area? The O-ring that comes with the sandwich seems really flimsy so I was thinking of putting the O-ring, then put some RTV gasket maker on there. ANDELE imo (espaniol for HURRY WITH THE ANSWERS).

Thanks!

Yes fuel hose will withstand the heat and pressure.

Why not just try to use th eo-ring and see if it leaks.
