Okay I pulled into teh carwash. shut her off. washed..blah blah blah.
I get back in and goto start it and it turns over hesitates and wont idle...so it dies. CEL. WTF?
So i get it started and head to teh shop cuz i forgetr how to do the keydance jibber.....lol hook up to the snap-on scanner and get the following.
00403-EGR Solenoid 00117-Coolant temp sensor low 00113-Intake temp high
i then unhooked teh battery and cleared the ecu. Started perfect. no CEL.runs fine (kinda misses(always fuckin does))
help?

sounds to me like the coolant temp sensor is starting to go, Id replace that only and see if it all goes away, well maybe not hte EGR problem, also look at the wiring going around the EGR tube to make sure its not burned, happens alot

Coolant temp sensor is located right under the radiator cap. On the front of the water neck there. One of the two sensors there is for the gauge in the instruments, the other for the ECU to read coolant temp (which is a parameter used to determine fuel trims - which could explain your kinky idle). :thumbsup They run under $30 from Autozone. :P
