75510, best price on a melling oil pump?

i was just shoppin around lookin for the best price on this thing...exile is sellin it for 95, and summit racing is selling it for 23..that seems a bit strange to me..anybody know if its a slightly diff. pump or somethin?...or if some1 can lemme know the best price they got on it that helps 2

Howell sells them as well for 90.00. Not sure what summit has.
