ok....this stupid thing is messing with me badly. A little while back I bought a new one because my other one broke off on the bolt. Now this one here is broke off also and it was only 2 months old. I dont want to spend alot more for another. Any ideas???

take off the tensioner and use the p/s assembly as your tensioning tool.

just order the new bearing for 7.00 through McCaster-Carr. Or go to a local bearing company get get bearing number 6301 sealed.

oh wait my bad...your isnt the bearing its the bolt. You can take it off as said above and sell the pulley.

works great, been running this way for about a year now.
