what are the best mid priced sparks can i buy. How much and what kind of power can they add? I heard boche makes some mean ones.

Well i think you will find here, that the plug of choice is the NGK's. I'm using the stock replacements, and personally, i think the high dollar plugs are a waste of money! I got a set of NGK's for about 8 bucks at Napa. I think i read somewhere that they did a test on those high dollar plugs like splitfire and the others that say increase in HP, but they actually did nothing! I'm not sure if its true, but i wouldn't waste my money on em. I used to have the splitfires in my old 87 cutlass supreme, and it did nothing. That was a waste of money! Its true that the stock plugs may not last as long, but for 8 bucks, i'm not complaining!

I agree. I've been running NGK's for almost a year and never had a problem with them. Plugs are plugs.

I use Bosch Rapidfires and like them. NGK is popular. I would stay away from cheap plugs. And do not use splitfires, they suck.
