74777, SFMU before a turbo
Posted by DJ420a, May-19-04 10:08 AM
Im running a reutrn system on my 96 GS, for turbo. Turbo wont
go on for another week or two. Does anyone know what disc and
setting to the SFMU would be officient until I put the turbo
in?

since you're not turbo and therefore no positive manifold
pressure will be present, it doesn't matter what disk you use.
Just make sure your static P is set correctly. (I believe
stock is like 53psi or so?)

Once you go turbo though, make sure you get the disk set
correctly. That will depend on power level desired, injector
size, static P setting, etc etc.

The regulator will act as a 1:1 with no boost signal, just vacuum, just hook up the vaccum line and you'll still get idle to WOT pressure differences.
