73246, Need Help with Jeep TB, what plug to get and what gasket size

Had my Jeep TB making my idle go up to 5.5k rpm. I forgot to plug the manifold hole where it's like .5" with what I believe is called a button plug. Anyway I dunno exactly what that is and the auto store by me didn't know exactly what was needed. I've seen some rubbery plugs which I guess may fit, but it would seem like they would be sucked into the manifold or where ever it goes to.

Hope that above makes sense, if not I will need to find that link with the pictures on how to convert to a Jeep TB, but I think a lot of you guys already know which one I'm referring too.

And another small thing, not sure what thickness I need for the gasket, I picked up some 1/64 but I dunno if thats what I need.

Well I hope these two things can be corrected tomorrow and hopefully the sucker will work well.

Tap the hole for a bolt, screw the bolt in, cut the bolt, then grind it flush.

Why not just tap it for a plug that uses an allen key. They're right beside the bolts at home depot anyways, then there's no cutting/grinding/etc.

Using an SHCS set screw with some loctite is an excellent idea sir.
