This thing makes my engine compartment look like ten times better and those fans look sweet as well, and give me plenty of room with my star stage 2. Thanks to those that posted a while back on using the FAL 220 dual fan unit from summit. Would someone host pics for me? TIA

Done, thanks uber.   jsupetran, I paid 365 shipped for the
radiator, from Nolimitmotorsport.com  and 210 shipped from
summit on the fans.  A little pricey, especially since I
replaced functioning components, but I think the end result is

Nice! I have a Fluidyne, and i still have yet to install my Fal Fans. (lazy).

I like that alot, looks clean

Man I wanna upgrade my cooling stuff even though I don't really need it.

BTW: Why do you have zip ties on the turbo to air-intake connection? I think that beats my water bottle catch can in terms of ghetto-ness imo. :)

I'm in the process of finishing up my Star turbo stuff. I was looking into a flodine, how does it measure up? Can you take some more pics? I'm very interested since that was lingering in my head to spruce my engine compartment up a bit more. Shiny stuff ALWAYS catches peoples eyes! :)

You guys are supposed to be looking at the radiator and fans, not going over my engine compartment with a fine tooth comb looking for "Ghettoness". I put taht on there temporarily and then I forgot about it, which is hard to believe, because it is so obvious. I'm going to make sure I fix that right away. I can't say how this measures up to the flodine, since I don't know what that one is, but this seems to work great so far, keep in mind I just did a rebuild and I really have not drivin' my car very hard yet. Crazyeclipse, what pictures would you like to see?

dang, man. thats clean. with my high paying job i'll be able to do any major engine mods in... oh... 200 years. thank god for college with hopes to a higher payin job. once again, SWEET!

can you get those fans in any of the other colors that they have...or is black the only option?
BTW, they look great...nice and shiny!

To answer some questions: The brackets are the hyamie, The box that the fans come in shows that you can get them in red, blue or yellow, but I didn't see that option when I ordered from summit.

are the slimmer fans and radiator required for the kit or do they just help with clearance issues?

i didn't have any clearance issues with my star kit and stock rad/fan...nor did i have any engine cooling issues...to me "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"...but to each his own..and BTW..looks good.

If you use the fluidyne with a stage 2 star kit the stock fans would be hard pressed to fit, if not impossible. If you keep your stock radiator, you can still use your stock fans. I'm not sure if you could fit it with a star stage 1, since the turbo discharge piping is different. I suppose it might fit.
