yep, but to help you out i got an obx ss header for 180 shipped off ebay. they fitment was great, but they really don't do much for hp numbers, however i put a 2.5" testpipe on with the header and i really felt a difference in top end. if you go the adventon.com, they are selling the new dc sports cermanic header for only like 240. no one on here as it yet so i am curious as to how it is. good luck tho.

i just stuck on a pacesetter 4-2-1 header that i got from a board member for $100... they go for $150 brand new and i think its awsome... im very pleased. i have heard bad things about them but i bought them anyways and im glad i did....

i have a 2.5inch catback and a custom dual cold air intake so those might have something to do with why i felt so much more power but nonetheless they are cheap and they worked for me throughout the entire rpm range.

headers aren't goin to give u a lot of HP with our cars....helps the power band and throttle response a lil....but nothin huge...I also have the OBX and I agree they fit fine and are great but u need mods to support the header or u won't feel much gain.....

ehehe, ill explain it again...

obx, greddy, pace setter... not gonna give big gains

dc sports, fasr fabrications, af/x... gonna give good gains

dc sports is like 240$ from adventon.com... its your best bet... cheap and should make some decent power

not sayin ur wrong but they "should" how many times have this been said about parts for the 420A....I hope they do but I wanna see numbers and without replacing the cat cuz u can always u a testpipe with the greddy, obx and pace setter......

well the difference is the obx/pacesetter/greddy were just tubed... no testing.

as far as i know, dc sports, afx, fast fab... did a bit of testing before making there headers. i dont know exactly what they do, i believe its a matter of adjusting runner length and measuring manifold pressure.

headers...hmmmm....thats the thing on the other side of the intake manifolds....Header.......we only use one. When people call them headers it annoys me...a pet peave....i was the one who sold the pacesetter....i like them becuase they have a different design then most of the other once out there with the 4-2 were the 2 run under the car then join into one...thought that was a better idead then just dumping them all into one tube at once but then again they all end up in the same place..BAH..i think that some should dyno the different headers(headers as in the different brands)...see what the difference is between most of them on a car will all bolt ons...things that header would support

DUAL INTAKES!!! LOL...

ok, here is my explaination for this...

i bought a regular short ram for my car a few years ago, and i wasnt too impressed with the power, so i switched to the CAI which went under the fender... well.... i live in colorado and it is just ending the season for shitty weather with huge puddles and 6' snowbanks so my filter would also gurgle and my car wouldnt go anywhere.... sooooooooooooooo.... i got a splitter and split the pipe right after the battery, and one pipe goes down underneath the fender and the other goes basically straight down and sits on the black plastic piece on the side so when i hit the puddle i can still have air going to my engine so my car wont die.....

now before all you phsycopathic engine mechanics start proving me wrong or whatever you guys do it was just something i thought up and it only cost me 10 bucks and about 20min and the only side affect is that it sounds really cool!!! LOL...

so there ya go, my custom dual cold air intakes!
