72330, Question Pertaining Exhaust Setup and Intake (Tenzo)
Posted by EclipseTenzoR, Apr-06-04 12:46 PM
I was looking into buying a 4" Tenzo Exhaust with Cat for $182, and a Tenzo Intake for $100. Tenzo is a fairly new company so they arent pricing their products up as high as others that have been around for years. I am planning to do my car out in Tenzo as much as I can and I was wondering if any of you have had any personnel experience with any of these products.. Exhaust/Intake by them

Would 4inch piping even clear the rear suspension components?

hey mike (thats your name, right? lol..im bad w/ names)

i went to the tenzo site and found this:

http://www.tenzoracingsports.com/performance/exhausts/index.html

it doesnt give any kind of info at ALL though. are you sure it will fit? as for intakes, i assume you are looking at the "cold air extention" on on this page:

http://www.tenzoracingsports.com/performance/intakes/index.html

it looks like it should fit, but its hard to visualize in the pic, lol.

got any links to the stuff you are looking at buying?

The exaust is only axle-back, not cat-back, that's one reason it's so cheap. Still not a bad price if it is a quality product and good sounding muffler IMO.

I'm at work and not all of the site shows up so I don't know what exactly they sell but they make catbacks.....

yea, its just an axel back. wont give any performance gains... but it will look and sound good. will cost about as much as welding on a muffler, its probablly cheaper.

but considering that they are listed on the tenzo website for only 162$... your getting hella ripped off paying 182$

if you dont have to pay for shipping, ide say buy it for 182...
