2 stock header nuts? Mitsu wants 4 bucks a piece and they say they have to order them and it will be almost 2 weeks! :o I went to the local dodge dealer and he couldn't even find the nuts on his little computer diagram! Anyone have them? $5 shipped USPS 2 day?

I have CEL 51 because the nuts were loose and they fell off some how. Now I have a major exhaust leak.

Take one of the nuts you have(hehe) and go to the hardware store and match it up to a bolt so you know the thread pattern. Then buy new nuts(hehe)for a few cents apiece.

I forget the metric designation, but if you take a 13 mm socket into the hardware store you can find the right nut. I've replaced all of my exhaust manifold studs/nuts with stainless stuff from the hardware store.

It's not that simple Corbin, you need to have the right pitch, etc on the nut threads or it won't fit.

Ahhh, but at that nut size there is a very low selection of pitch sizes. You'll only have a choice of 2, like 1.25 and 1.5. Spend the extra 30 cents and get both!

Good point. could also remove one of the header bolts and check the pitch on those, probably the same...

It's the studs on the manifold that connect to the down pipe, so I basically lost my BIG nuts.

Thought I was going to be able to help you out, but I just checked mine, the shop that did my header didn't give me back the nuts from that flange. I have the rest of the heat shielding and exhaust manifold, just not the nuts and a couple bolts, probably ruined them all taking them off.
