i am trying to use pocketlogger but for some reason i am having a grounding problem anyone ever had this problem before???

Yeah. Yelling at the guy who's really good friends with the man who makes the PocketLogger. That usually gets your problems fixed real quick. You don't get much closer to PocketLogger than run4cvr imo.
Is the logger telling you it's got a ground problem? If so, maybe something's wrong in the cable. Can't say I've ever had that problem either. Plug it in, sync it up, good to go imo.
