Does anyone else's car putt and stutter below 3200rpm?...like from the exhaust it sorta bubbles and runs poorly....Oh and lately when I startup..I hear what sounds like a liquid rushing through the engine every time..sounds like water falling comming from the center dash....only when cold..any help before I try satan..??

the stuttering could be related to a variaety of things, the first one i would check is the ignition system. do a few searches on plugs/wires/coil pack and check those things first.

the water sound is coolant flowing through the heater core, located towards the passengers side of the car under the dash..its completely normal.:thumbsup

if you have any questions about how to test out the ignition system, d/l the factory service manual from dinos site:

http://www.nochoads.org/files/

its much easier to check the resistance of the componants w/ a multimeter than buy and replace everything, lol.

also, you might want to change the fuel filter if its still the one from the factory. its pretty easy to do and only costs a few bucks. i think yours is located on the firewall, which makes it a bit hard to get to, but its still not a hard thing to do.
