check the gap, maybe it is off, check spark plugwires, make sure they are on the right way, check to make sure you have the coilpack plugged in correctly (with no melted or cut wires) check your O2 sensor wires and make sure they arent melted or cut, then check the cam postion sensor plug (maybe when u were replacing stuff it got knocked off/loose)

A spark plug gapper....just thin metal strips that are of varying thicknesses......Try getting your injectors cleaned. If I had a fiver everytime someone posted this same question....I'd be rich. Don't just use injector cleaner in a bottle. My dads shop has a Carbon clean machine that hooks up to your fuel system and cycles detergent through the WHOLE system. Waaaay stronger than that other crap.

Go to autozone or even walmart and they have them right at the checkout line. They're round and have little notches on them. ;) you use that to measure the gap from the electrode at the top.

Less than a buck too. :thumbsup You simply slide the tool through the gap until you get to the number you want and it's done. If the gap is excessive, you might get misfire under load due to the spark not being able to bridge the gap and ignite the mix. 9 times out of 10 this problem is solved with wires though. Make sure the plugs are gapped right, then let us know how that worked out. :thumbsup

Possibly map sensor going or gone bad. When the map sensor goes out, usually it produces symptoms similar to what you're describing. Although you said it worked well for a day after changing out plugs and stuff. Just a suggestion.

One or more of your plugwires are crapped out. This is how mine did. I bought almost $20 worth of plugs before I realized what was up. Pull the plugs and see if the spark is arcing down the outside of the plug to the head. My symptoms were stuttering/hesitation and at random times the car would have no power and just go "pop pop pop pop". It was pretty scary, I thought I had broken my baby. I'll put $5 on it being the wires. I got a new set of stockers from a friend and it fixed the problem immediately. I'm running firewire now. Goodluck.
