which companies are carb certified? that which means they will pass guarenteed right?
what about the ERT cat?

yes our catylitic converters are certified if you need the carb sheet, send an email to sales@exileracing.com

The only reason you'd ever need the carb sheet is if you like in CA, ad they are doig a close visual inspection.
If your would pass emissions with a stock cat, it shouldn't have a problem with a high flow. But the cat can only doso much, if the car has problems or is badly out of tune, you can fail with any cat.
