I've had this hesitation problem for about a couple years now and it slowly got worse as years went by. Finally after a rebuild and changing all my sensors. I bought a new ECU. It makes a hell of a difference. I know there have been people on here with the same problem. Try changing your ECU if you've done everything else, cause it ain't cheap.

OFFTOPIC: How do you like those Halo lights, Paul? I think they would look Pimp as shit in black on my KS.

I hella like them more than my other ones. But I think you should be modding pikachu instead of the RS. RS should just be your daily driver to work or something.
