70158, Engine and Chasis name?

I know this sound like a dumb question, but people always refer to our cars simply as DSM. I was just wondering what the Eclipse chasis name is and what's the name of the 2.0 DOHC N/A engine. 4G93?

The chassis code is D31A.

Yep the D32A for 95 was the 4G63 and depending on the VIN 5th digit, K or L, FWD or AWD respectively. Clarify, The D33A was the AWD and D32 was the FWD.

My car is a 95' RS FWD (non-turbo), therefore my chassis is D32A and my engine is the 4G63, right? Then what about 420A? Is that a different engine? Also, I've always thought that the 4G63 was a turbo engine. Please educate me. Thanks!

you have a 420a D31a, all rs/gs have 420a's and are D31a

you have a 420a D31a, all rs/gs have 420a's and are D31a

To clarify:
All base model FWD Non-turbo...D31A w/420A Engine (S. Equip)
All FWD Turbo... D32A w/4G63 Engine (S. Equip)
All AWD Turbo... D33A w/4G63 Engine (S. Equip)
