68919, Simply TB question

I really don't know much about TB's but I was wondering if I were to get one with the upgrades I have now would I feel a difference? Also what size is gbetter, I have seen 55mm, 57mm, and 60mm? Do I need any support upgrades for it like a SAFC?

Thanks

57 for N/A bolt on is pretty decent. 60mm really needs the intake ported to allow for no obstruction. If you are willing to port the opening of the intake, then I'd say go for 60. If not, 57. Alot of people here have used 60mm on N/A cars and had good results. No S-AFC needed.

55 is generally considered the highest you should go with a NT car. the 60 will feel like more power on the butt dyno cuz you'll have better throttle response, but you lose top end power due to a slower induction speed.

Very goood point. On the street you don't use to much top end if you race from stoplight to stoplight. I've ran the 60mm for almost a year with no problems and I LOVE IT. It made the car feel completely different. It could actually accelerate uphill in 5th gear. =)

*Im not sure about you guys, but when I play on the streets, I rarely accelerate over the local speed limit of 45mph. Occasionaly I'll hit 55 then get on the brakes. Noooo need for tickets IMO.
