67726, power steering belt.

I just installed an AFX UDP but the power steering belt is way to big for my car since I don't have an AC. Does anyone know the part number for the power steering belt on a non AC (RS) with the AFX UDP?

Thanks,

Dean.

I don't know, but you can take some string, run it across all your pulleys. Measure that and tell your parts guy you need a belt that long, always works for me :).

I did it this way too, sort-of.

I used some wire that way the "stretchability" of string was taken out of the equation and cut the wire to the exact size... Probably in the end didn't make much of a difference though between my way and his way.

No. The PS and AC are one one belt, and the alternator is on the other.

wish i could rememeber where, but some company has a link from their UDP to a sheet that tells you the autozone part number for the correct belt depemnding on whether you left in the ac, ps, etc...and depending on which UDP you ordered. Think it might have been unorthodox maybe?

Not positive, but I want to say the belt length is roughly 14.5" if I remember correct. It's been ahwile since I measured it and I'm not home to look at the numbers on mine. But when I did it I just used the string method and took that to Napa.....
