Would i need to get aftermarket fans when i go with the fluidyne radiator? Also, will it clear everything when i bolt up the hahn stage 2 turbo kit?

I believe the fluidyne is a OE drop in. No modifications needed. I would imagine that clearance would not be an issue either, but I would find someone that is Turbo'd and ask them what they have for space.

IT is thicker then OE so the stock passenger side fan will touch the turbo on a STAR kit, which is what I have. I think the HRC kit sticks out a bit more?

The stock A/C fan can stay, but you'll probably want to get a thinner radiator fan (driver side.) My A/C fan cover actually rubs against the turbine housing just a little, but it's not too bad. If $$ isn't an issue, I'd recommend changing both fans.

on the star, you can't use the radiator fan. Replacement is $200 for the complete fan unit through summit. p/n flx-220.

yeah the 220 will work. And it is considerably cheaper than the one listed specifically for 2G turbos.

Flex-a-lite makes one specifically for the 2g Eclispes but they list them for turbo applications:

Not sure if it would fit but says it plugs in to OE wiring for ease of installation. Anyone with a GST/GSX able to confirm the swapability of the cooling fans?

The "Eclipse" fans will NOT work. They have cutouts for the upper and lower pipes on the radiator for the 4g63 which are in different locations than the NT. Plus, it costs 2x as much and it's the exact same fan with cutouts. I've confirmed this through FAL's specs, summit racing, and FAL's sales team. It's a real ripoff. Even if I had the 4g63, I'd get the 220.

Try reading this and then ask more questions if you have them.
