OK I asked a very vague question earlier but I plan on rebuilding for turbo. I would like 350 whp when all said and done. Can you give me some ideas of what I can do and what I can expect from each thing in the rebuild. TIA!

Just snoop around, Most people wont answer this because its been asked a lot before, by those that came before you did ;)

But a rebuild wont give you HP unless your engine was shitting it ( in which case it will return lost Hp) or if you are going with higher compression.

What most use a rebuild here for is to make sure the engine internals are up to the abuse that they will be handed by upping the boost. With a good rebuild and a turbo kit, well tunned and all supporting mods done correctly and present 350 to the wheels is possible, 350 to the crank is NP if thats what you are shooting for.
