66701, Spark Plugs & Wires

Ok everybody,
Im alittle over due for new Spark Plugs and Wires I think. Every once and awhile I will be driving down the highway and I will feel this sudden loss in power...half a second if that. I feel it though it is very distinct! Either a spark plug didnt ignite or something. It has become slightly more than when I bend my valves about 12 months ago and got screwed with the bill, even though it wasnt my fault (long story) All though on the other hand ever since I had my valves redone I have felt a little tug ever since, gotten worse since then. It only happens every once in awhile. not every 2 minutes or 5 its off and on thing. (They didnt replace one of the sixteen valves They said it was good, and I am thinking it wasnt good) :S

Anywho What do you all run for Plugs and Wires. I am running NA at the moment so all you turbos tell me what you ran BEFORE you were turbo ^_-

Thank you for your imput!

I have bosch wires with a lifetime warrenty so when its time to change them I just take it to crap-o-zone and get free ones. Plugs i think are bosch too. My car wasnt meant for performance so If it works it works.

have you had your timing belt replaced? it sort of sounds like that might be over due.... since thats the problem that i had before i changed mine.

I just changed to crane's fireball plug wires, screamin deamon coil, and good old ngk plugs. I am extremely happy. The car is soo much smoother and throttle response is great. I was kinda over due too so who knows. the bad news....$120. if you just got plugs and wires it would probably be about $50 tho :cheers

The Timing belt was changed around 70k, even if the previous owner did, or didnt have it changed..I wasnt going to take a chance..I thought.. :S GoT the Crap end of the stick anyway.

So where can I find that deamon coil? I would like to read up on any consumer responces on it.

what year is your car? The screamin Demon doesn't work for all 2gnts...it could with modification, but that's a hassle

stick w/ the OEM coil until you know its bad. no need to "upgrade" that part for any reason.
