ok, yesterday, in the morning i was almost on empty, so i filled up...i drove about 50 miles on that tank with no noticed problems.....later that day i was driving and about 5 mins into my ride, i noticed my car driving real rough, as i drove my exhaust seemed to have a sort of louder crack to it, and its def. not the same amount of power i had.....the rpms stayed normal along w/ temp.....i pulled over to check it out, and it just so happens george pulls up (powereclipse) he thinks its a case of bad gas.....

the spark plugs were just changed, a newer ecu was put in about 8 months ago, the only other thing i think it could be would be an injector problem...i got no cel.....im lost here....any help will be GREATLY app....point will be awarded...:thumbsup ...thanks guys....BRIAN

Could be that they watered the gas down a bit too much. You know some sorry ass service stations do that. Get some of that stuff to take the water out of the tank, I forget the name. Give it a try and see what happens.

you can always drain the tank add new gas and turn her over till she groans back to life. you can find water remover at advance, autozone, or walmart. goodluck.

hey buddy, I am not sure if this is the case with you but here is what happened to me. I encountered similar problems and noticed a significant power loss while maintaining the same rpms and temperature and such. I thought it was all in my head so I kept driving although i suspected problems. I went through the whole routine of changing the plugs and plug wires. After that I thought maybe the injectors were clogged. So I ran a good fuel injection cleaner through, it wasn't that either. Eventially my car would get to where the motor would turn over but not start. It was the fuel pump. The motor wasn't getting any fuel. Like i said this may be a totally different situation but I thought i would put it down just in case, hope it helps,
