The stock compression ratio is 9.6:1. If you have a stock head, block, and pistons then your compression ratio is 9.6:1. To raise the compression you can either mill the head/deck or install higher compression pistons.
I'm not quite sure I understand the question. What are you trying to convert?

damn, OK I have a milled head. And I would like to know what kind of compression ratio I have. My compression is 248. How would I figure out my compression ratio.. I know it was originally 9.6:1.. I know all about the raising the compression shit. I just want to know how to figure out the ratio. simple question.

How much did they mill off your head? Did you ask the machine shop?

.02 would give you about 10.1:1 and .03 would give you about 10.3:1
