none?, but it will REV faster making you accel quicker:-)

actually, you will get hp to wheels out of it. less rotational mass in the drivetrain will put less stress on the crank and thereby giving u some ponies. no clue how much it'll give you, my guess is 8-10 :shrug. it will obviously rev up and down faster (because of what i said about less strain on the rotating crank)

It definately makes the car feel not so sluggish.

lighter flywheels are cool, but someone a while back lost their car to a flywheel hitting the gas tank, which brings me back to wondering when scattershields will come out. i saw a post on them not too long ago. but NA, i doubt you'll be throwing any flywheels off. go get one and tell us how it feels! :cheers

the clutch is no where near the gas tank.....how did that happen?

Where can we get lightened flywheels for our cars...I checked clutchmasters and machv and neither of them carry one for our motor.

fidannza makes a lightweight flywheel for our cars, part number 161771 (product code mit7) weighs about 7 and a half pounds, probly run you about 420.00 bones or so

I got mine for $325 shipped, I needed a new one so I went w/ a Findanza aluminum.

And just a side note, the Findanza aluminum one is almost as strong as the stock iron one. It's dangerous to shave down you stock one to lighten it, but an after market aluminum one is safe!

i have a fidanza flywheel and an unorthodox crank pulley so i am i guess looking at about 15 to 20 more at the wheels and alot of quick reving !!!! oo yeah!!!
