I was late to work and was hauling ass when i miss shifted going from 3nd to 4th went to 2nd (ya i know)well when that happened i busted both my p.s. belt and alt. belt. well i replaced that and since then i been getting a rough idle my rpms drop to 500 and every thing is shaking hard. I cant figure it out i have replace coil pack, plugs, wires, 02 sensors did an STP fuel ing. cleaner, new pcv vavle. Im kinda think i threw off my timing and gonna check that, then maybe my fuel pump. but i need help bad.

u may have jumped time and you could have a few bent valves. :thumbsdown
