What diameter filter is needed for an AEM CAI?

2.5inch inlet

aem=5"bottom 4" top
mine=3.75in bottom 5in top (reverse style cone) think of it as a larger area of drawing air in, for hp it seems like it makes sense.

ive had the green since early summer, and i immediately noticed a difference. and that was with the new green compared to the aem(fully clean) filter. the aem is a piece of shit very crappy construction(weak along the sides) my green has a thick stainless steel bar that supports the filter element from top to bottom. compared to aems thin sheetmetal strip, lol. get the green, trust me, its worth it. why else would the Green Machine(not assoc with green filters) use it? < fyi-fastest 1st gen w/ stock 14b turbo, runs low 11's

That's damn fast for a 14B ^^^.

search in the announcement/groupbuy forum. If you guys were here a while back and remember there was a post on a discount for them. Last I heard the guy got so many orders that he made the discount a permanent thing for 2gnt. Someone should find it and make it a sticky.

Ive been trying to get a hold of the bruces for some warranty for the HID's i bought.

hey what happened to yours one my my hid's ballast just craped on me last yr i actually went to the store and bought it they returned it no prob and same problem again its a 50 mile drive so i gave up and it sits in a canister somewhere

wicked, when u contact him, ask him if he'll give a larger discount if u buy 2 of the same filter and we can split the cost and save extra. hit me up on aim!
