can someone please help me with this? it seems when the car is warming up, the idle will climb to 1500 and down and up again for a while till its warm. then at lights while in drive, it will rev up by itself so i d have to step harder on the brakes. does anyone know whats goin on with my car? please help. thanks.

come on, any body? i tried replacing the IAC and the TPS is new. no luck. i heard that it might be the cam angle sensor. can the be it and who knows how much one goes for from satan?

It sounds like a vaccum leak to me.
Check your hoses, poor a little water here and there why the engine is running and look for bubbles.

i just looked at the car, can a cracked throttle body gasket be the culprit? i ask because when i put the tb back on, the tb gasket seems seamless.

That's probably it! Poor some water of it when your engine is running.

I'd replace the gasket with gasket material from autozone, kragens, etc.
