63433, Attention Corbin about Air Fuel write up...or anyone else that nows about it Posted by lickscissors, Nov-20-03 03:25 PM im looking into making on of these....i would like to get all my parts from radio shak because i can get a pretty good deal from them...first of all, what is an equivalent display that i can get from radio shak....also, is it neccessary to get the enclosure, or is it just a protective box...i was planning on putting it in my gauge cluster and wouldnt need the box.... has anyone done anything like this and can anyone helm me out....thanks | |

If you do find one at radio shack make sure it has the same specs as the one in his write up. | |

They stopped carrying that line of displays, so now you are stuck. You will have to buy the display from another manufacturer. If you put everything in the gauge cluster, then you don't need the enclosure. | |

The circuit sets its range, decimal place, and backlight. You can buy similar units from a variety of manufacturers. The little screw adjusts a potentiometer. | |
