I just wanted to know what kinda potential i have with the Super 16g, that came with the HRC stage II kit. I always thought i could hit 25 psi with it.. let me know

The S16G can handle 25psi. But your engine can't!

You better be stage 4 before you start pushing that much power.
And with race gas.

lol.. yeah i've done alittle work to my engine

- 8.5:1 JE pistons
- Crower rods
- Hardened/Re-tooled crank
- Crower springs
- Ignition timing retard of up to 10 deg
- 550 cc injectors
- 175% stock Clutchmaster clutch
- Alloy flywheel
- and a bunch more..

my engine hopefully can take it.. but what is the max i could expect from the turbo (Super 16g)?

25 psi on the s16 i think. Prepare to watch v8's in your rearview... until a IC pipe connector flies off, or a vaccume hose burns in half, or something else, cause I seem to always have dumb shit happen at high boost.

And after that elbow splits your axle breaks.

I would not recommend just running out and cranking the boost up just because the turbo can handle 25psi.

Lets try to keep this post in the turbo section. Repost there if you would like to discuss this more. I am curious to hear your mod list myself, but more specifically, like what does 'ability to retard timing' mean and which clutch is 175% stronger than stock - Stage IV I assume you mean? I will do my best to keep up with your technical terms ;-)
