62154, Installing 3" exhaust on stock 2.25" cat question and where to get gaskets? Posted by xEclipsE RaceRx, Oct-26-03 05:04 PM Well I bought the 3" Apexi N1 catback. I just had a question on installing it. My stock cat is I think 2.25" right? and the Apex is 3" so is there an adaptor all ready made to connect between to two? or do I have to just buy a peice of pipe and weld on two flanges? Also I cant seem to find any 2bolt 3" gaskets for the exhaust...where do I get them? Ive been to Advanced Auto Parts, Autozone, and Pepboys. I guess I should try Napa. | |

62175, RE: Installing 3 Posted by 420aturbo, Oct-27-03 07:48 AM I have a 3" Thermal R&D and it bolts right up to the stock cat. I just put some gasket maker on there to prevent leaks and it fits perfect. | |
