Spend time with a 5/8" open wrench and a bench grinder. Make it fit between the spark plug tubes and the head casting. Grind as needed...

Remove rocker arms from the shafts. Put a couple of bolts back in but don't tighten them down, leave them about .300" loose so you can get the wrench back out once the keepers are removed and the spring extends. Pry up using the shaft as a fulcrum. Remove keepers, allow spring to extend, remove wrench, retainer and spring. This is how I do it when I leave the head on the car and use compressed air to hold the valves in place. Crude but very effective. Neccesity is the mother of all invention, remember that. I was in a pinch when I came up with this and it worked great. Until I dropped a keeper down into the frame of the car and it went buh-bye..... walk 2 miles to dealership, beg a spare from one of the service techs, replace later for a total of $0.11

What bolts are you talking about here. Are you talking about the cam caps? Removing the rockers doesn't nessicarily require removing the caps...but its the only thing I can think of that you're talking about.

You need part of a comp tester that screws into the plug hole and then hook it up to your air compressor.
