Has anyone here used this product?

There is a huge discussion over on the NICO boards about it and all the wonderful things it does for their higher mileage cars. It sounds real good.

I want to get some to see if it will help even out my rough idle problems, but curiousity makes me post to see if anyone else has used it yet.

Supposed to clean out your car extremely well, to the point that you need to get new plugs and a new O2 sensor.

Let me know what you think before I order some...

damn...i'd try the sea foam stuff out but I just bought a new o2 and don't feel like shelling out another 90 bucks for another one.

I got the same effects from using TB cleaner sprayed down my intake manifold...is this stuff suppose to be better?

Hmmm i wonder if i should use it? I mean i just rebuilt my engine 5k miles ago, but id say it would work on my injectors and the like. I think ill pick up a can. Hell for 5 bucks ya cant go wrong. I wonder if it is neccessary to pour it in the brake booster thing, do we have that btw? Thanks

Well actually if you read the threads on NICO, the didnt pour it into the brake booster itself but the vacuum hose off the brake booster, therefore sucking the fluid into the intake manifold. The reason they used the brake booster vacuum line is because on the 240sx that particular hose is 1/4 inch so its easier to put the fluid into it.

I think i am going to order some and try it out.

just go to any parts store, I know over here in Mn it's everywhere. It isn't anything really special. It does work pretty well, you can put it in your gas or oil. Thry also sell one for transmission.

dont put that in a newer car. older cars only..

yeah, no newer cars, no new or rebuilt engines, it's mainly to clean out the combustion chamber. that's why you gotta change the plugs and oil afterward (same as Mopar CCC) cause you are gonna foul everything up
